Dogs can become bored when not stimulated and this can lead to destructive behaviour around the home or excessive barking when left alone. These behaviours are normally the result of boredom or insufficient exercise.

 

Critter Sitters offer a safe, reliable dog walking service for owners who may be out at work all day or someone elderly that wants the companionship of a dog but finds walking difficult. We offer a flexible daily or occasional service to suit your needs. We will always try to walk your dog in nearby parks or woodland depending on where you live. We will vary the walks to keep your dog stimulated. Walks can be tailored to your dogs individual needs.

 

You are not tied in to a certain amount of walks or certain days. Many clients are shift workers or only need occasion support. It’s fine to use the service as little or as often as you need. We aim to be flexible and provide cover when you need it.

 

We can walk your dog in very carefully chosen groups  for socialisation, fun and play or if required we offer solo walks.

 

When your dog is dropped off we will  give fresh water or food/treats depending on your instructions and ensure the dogs are settled and happy before we leave.

 

We fully understand how precious your dog is to you and treat all dogs we look after with compassion and care as if they were our own.

Puppy visits are available to help with house training.

 

 

Pet and House Sitting Services

 

We will visit your pets at your house keeping them company whilst you are away. This service includes a walk for dogs if required.

Another alternative to kennels whilst you are on holiday.  We can visit your dog(s) either three or four times per day enabling them to stay in their own familiar surroundings.  This service includes walks, feeding, toilet breaks and of course lots of cuddles and attention.

We can also draw your curtains, bring in your post, water the plants and turn lights on and off keeping your house safe while you are away.

 

Want to get a puppy but you are out at work all day?  We can visit your puppy, clean up any accidents, have some play time and then finish off with a big cuddle.

 

 

 

Pet Taxi

 

 

Have you ever had transport problems? I’m sure at some point in our lives we all have, but with an animal in tow it is particularly a pain. Taxi companies do not allow animals in their cars making trips to the Vet a bit of a problem.

We can offer both you and your pet such a taxi service . If you cannot personally accompany your animal to the Vet or Groomer, we can chaperone your pet ensuring that he or she is treated as if one of our own.

Any trip your pet needs to make, be it with or without you, we can help - just ask!
